Position: Senior Advocate
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Reports to: Partner/Head of Practice
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex legal cases and transactions.
- Draft and review high-level legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation.
- Provide expert legal advice and strategic guidance to clients.
- Mentor and supervise junior advocates and legal interns.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on advanced legal issues.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of legislative changes and legal trends to provide proactive legal solutions.
Requirements:
- Law degree (LLB) from a recognized institution. An advanced degree (LLM) is preferred.
- Valid license to practice law.
- 5+ years of experience in a legal practice, with significant experience in litigation or corporate law.
- Proven track record of managing and winning complex legal cases.
- Exceptional research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
